A big thank-you for coming to see us at Fieldays last week

By | June 23, 2016

Thanks for visiting the 4AG stand last week at Mystery Creek, New Zealand’s national agricultural Fielday, and the largest of this type of exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere!

We were all kept very busy over the four days with a steady stream of exisitng and new clients from both North and South Island, as well as a good contingent from across the Tasman. This response has blown us away and proves there is still plenty of positivity and things happening in the agricultural industry despite the constant noise of the media gloom merchants!

Farmers, growers and ag contractors nationwide are recognizing 4AG as the only true ‘cultivation’ specialists in the industry, and the variety of cultivation and seeding equipment on display was impressive.

New to 4AG: Titan HDP 2500, 25 ton heavy constuction dump trailer

Making it’s debut at Mystery Creek, was the first public outing of the: New Titan HDP 2500, 25 ton heavy construction dump trailer with a bin constructed entirely of Hardox 450, many ag and civil contractors visiting the site were impressed. Also new to 4AG:

Titan HVRP 4.0mtr heavy offset disc

Another machine displayed for the first time, was the Titan HVRP 4.0mtr heavy offset disc. This machine uses a clever hydraulic system to fold to a transport width of 3.0mtrs, and we are looking forward to putting the first machine into work, sold to a contractor near Galatea, in the central North Island.

With such strong demand and inquiry from the Fieldays, and a number of clients confirming orders for the popular Titan roller drills, we would like to gently remind you that stock on the water (arriving Spring) is selling fast.

If you are considering upgrading your disc harrows, cultivator, or roller drill we suggest you get in touch with one of our product specialists today. Don’t leave the decision till the season, as the model you are after may well be sold out!

Before you go, check out our short clip of the entire 4AG stand from above

"We milk 2600 cows in both North and South Islands, plus grow maize and various crops on 600 hectares of lease ground. We are constantly developing new ground to bring into production and the 4AG 970's are excellent for chopping up old, heavily thatched pasture and contouring rougher areas. Daily throughput is important to our size operation. so we're pretty happy to be averaging 3-4 hectares/hour!"
